- Oh my! The fish can talk. Poor thing. Don't worry i will set you free.
- Please! I begged you, please set me free. Please.

- We can get married but you have to keep the secret that I'm a fish.
- Once upon a time, there was a handsome man. His name was Batara Guru Sahala. He liked fishing.
- Both of you are hardheaded. You both are just like your fish-woman mother.
- One day, he caught a fish. He was surprised to find out that the fish could talk. The fish begged him to set it free. Batara Guru could not bear it. He made the fish free.
- Mother, father was so mad and he told us that you're a fish woman. Is that true?
- Yes it's true my daughters and he promised that he won't tell anyone about it. But...but he broke his promise!!!
- As soon as Batara Guru set the fish free. It changed into a beautiful woman. She attraceted Batara Guru so much. And so they happily got married and had two daughters.
- You broke your promise! I trusted you! How can you do this to me!
- One day, Batara Guru got very angry with his daughter . He was not able to control his anger. That is why he yelled.
- The two got shock from what their father told them. And so they found their mother and asked her. Both did not expect what their mother just revealed.
- She keeps on shouting that the earth began to shake, volcanoes erupting. Creating a big hole to the ground. Starting from then, people start to believe that the big hole became a lake and was later on called Lake Toba.
