- A young farmer and his mother live in a village in Japan.
- Climax
- A young lord made a decree that anyone over the age of 71 was to be banished to the mountains to die! And a wise old woman and her son are living in a small cottage.
- Falling action
- The wise old woman turns 71 and must go to the mountains to die and if she stays then she would be escorted by guards to the mountains and the young farmer will be put in a deep dark dungeon!
- Resolution
- This is the wise old woman, my mom!
- So the young farmer digs a hole in the kitchen for his mom to hide in successfully for two years! But then one day lord Higa arrives and says the village must complete three impossible tasks correctly or he would take over the whole village!
- Just stay here in this hole and you will be safe!
- Okay sounds great!
- The wise old woman solves the three impossible tasks and was giving the solutions to her son the young farmer and he told them to the young lord. Because the wise old woman would be banished if she gave the solutions to the young lord!
- The solution is....!
- Here is your reward!
- WHAT!?! You are so wise!!
- The young farmer tells the young lord that his mom the wise old woman is the one who actually solved the three tasks and elders are important because they posses lots of knowledge and should be respected because they can share there knowledge with the whole village and the young lord understood and the wise old woman and the young farmer saved the village and all of its elders!
