- The story begins with a young person who is part of the bank Mediolanum and manages to save some money every month. He really wants to invest it but does not know where or how. His concern and stress are shown as they don't know what to do.
- The person discovers Selfy mobile application that allows them to access a service of personalized attention which will help him invest and get to the results he expects, without leaving their home or going in to a bank branch
- The person registers on the app and completes the first questionnaire. It shows how the app guides them through each step of the process and explains the terms and conditions clearly and transparently.
