- Susan is a busy mother of three and works part-time as an administrative assistant. She is starting to plan a vacation to Florida this June with her husband and three children.
- On a five-minute work break,Susan talks with her friends at work to see what they recommend for family-friendly activities in Florida.
- Unfortunately, none of her friends at work have traveled to Florida with their families. One ofSusan’s friend recommends she download a mobile app called VoCo. On VoCo she can talk to parents like her whose family need specific traveling services on vacations.
- Susan downloads VoCo, sees the trips other families like hers have planned and booked while in Florida. She reads the peer reviews on VoCo and receives recommendations from other users about what to do and what to book in Florida.
- Feeling confident that she’s found the best price for her family’s needs, she goes home from work that night and books all the hotels, activities, and flights for her family's vacation.
- In June, Susan and her family have a stress-free vacation in Florida, thanks to the recommendations and connections she made through VoCo!
