- The reason I chose this business is because I've always had a passion for making drinks and opening up my own coffee shop that is small yet unique. Coffee has always been a favorite of mine and ever since I've always wanted to try and make my own to spread to others. When I came to this conclusion I thought "why not try to open my own shop someday" and that's when it hit me and I wanted to suddenly open and create drinks from my own hands.

- My plan to start this business journey is firstly get a job as a barista when I'm older to gain experience in making coffee as well as serving customers. Then maybe taking classes online as well to further my understanding of making coffee. When I'm comfortable in my experiences then I would try to start making coffee in small batches at home and trying to sell them elsewhere to see what the reviews are like. Once my reviews are decent, I could begin working on other types of coffee and spreading more recipes and ideas to others and potentially making a name for myself which could help boost the overall morale of my business. During my working experience I could take the money I make and separate it into savings for a shop and ingredients, this would also allow me to use the left-over money to hopefully get better tools and equipment for my testing phase of my shop.
