- I meditate to stop my mind rushing about in an aimless stream of thoughts.

- You don't remember me, do you?
- I saw you meditating and it made me think I should start this. Soon enough, I started to meditate and I became a much better person and got very wise.
- The morale of the story is to always be humble and help others in their darkest times as you never know you could need the help of others in the future.
- Thank you so much you are going to change my life! I still meditate up to this day and want to become a Buddha soon and I promise to pay it forward.
