  • My Hamstring! AHH! I need help I think I pulled it!
  • Doctor... I felt a sudden pain in my hamstring. I fell over from the pain. My hamstring is starting to swell. 
  • From what you have told me It sounds like you strained your hamstring. It sounds like you overexerted the muscle while running. It's nothing too bad, I'm just gonna ask that for treating it you make sure to use warm, wet applications to help relax the muscles. and make sure to rest the muscle.
  • How has your sprained ankle been treating you too? When we took the x-ray of your leg the injury to the tissues around the joint looked much better. Have a majority of the sprain symptoms gone away?
  • The sprain in my ankle feels much better. The swelling has gone down, and its not discolored anymore. Not to mention the pain is basically gone. So yes. That is good.

  • The treatment that you gave me of wearing the elastic bandage for support really helped with the sprain! As well as elevating my ankle and resting .
