Today i decided to workout to keep my bones and muscles strong. i have already drunken enough milk, and also eaten lots of proteins. keeping muscles strong is important for overall health and wellness, and bones need to be strong to work with the muscles, because the muscular system works with the skeletal system in order to produce strength and painless movement.
when i was working out i felt a sharp pain in my knees, but i kept on working out. i remembered that my grandparents had the same problem, but i forgot what that disease was called. i dealt with the pain, the pain got worse and worse but i did not got to the hospital at first. in between my legs and knees it was painful, it felt like it was made of steel. i had no other option then to go to the hospital.
when i reached the hospital I met with the head nurse at the front of the desk. she did not let me in because she thought that my condition was not an emergency and that i had to wait. waiting did not help the pain but it made it worse, after an hour i was finally able to be examened by a doctor.
