Duncan has had the curtisey to tell Macbeth that he has a chance at becoming king. Lady Macbeth then realizes what Macbeth has to do to surely become king and not runner up king. Lady Macbeth convinced macbeth to kill Duncan to become king and her convincing worked.Lady Macbeth feels no guilt towards thsi at all and thinks Macbeth is a baby for feeling guilty. 
Lady Macbeth has been feeling very ill. The guilt is starting to play tricks on her mind as Macbeth does not seem to care as much about her as he used to. Macbeth is only worried about what his out comes are and  Lady macbeth is the one who eforced that on him as she was very demanding and controlling in the begginng like Macbeth is now. 
The blood on her hands have never gone away, she will always stick with the guilt that she killed Duncan, that she had led Macbeth to this crazy self he has become, she is to blame she has done all of this and now she is paying the price of so much guilt.
