Dad how come no matter how much cardio and weight lifting I do, I still cant get fit or gain muscle?
Well son its not all about cardio and weight lifting its also about the food you put in your body.
Well can you tell me a little more about that?
Although it is very good that you are exercising, you also need to make sure you have plenty of good things going into your body
Like fiber, water, carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
Lets talk about proteins. Proteins are what help you build muscle. Without protein it will be very hard for you to gain or even maintain muscle.

That also means you have to try and stay away from all that junk food that your friends are eating.
Try eating foods like lean chicken, lean pork, fish, lean beef, tofu, beans, lentils, low-fat yogurt, milk, cheese, seeds, nuts, and eggs. These foods will help you a lot.
