Storyboard Text
- Gilgamesh and Enkidu are now friends as they were equally as strong.Enkidu tells Gilgamesh about the fearsome monster Humbaa who guards the cedar forest, Gilgamesh wants to make a name for himself and decides they will kill Humbaba so they can get cedar wood for the city. They will kill Humababa so they can get cedar wood. The set out on their journey. Gilgamesh kills humbaab with the help of Enkidu and makes a new gate for Uruk from the tallest tree in the Forest to monument the adventure.
- Gilgamesh was victorious for killing Humbaba, and the goddess of love, Ishtar saw him and fell in love with him. She asked Gilgamesh if he would marry her, but he refused and teased her about it. Ishtar was angry about this, so she sent down the bull of Heaven to destroy Mesopotamia. Thankfully, Gilgamesh and Enkidu teamed up once more and killed the bull.

- Gilgamesh begs to Uptanishtim for eternal life. Uptanishtim told him that only the gods can grant immorality, not mortals. Gilgamesh was crushed but would not take no for an answer. Uptanishtim told Gilgamesh about a plant at the bottom of the ocean that could grant him Eternal life.
- I don't want to die like Enkidu!
- Gilgamesh was a cruel king who ruled the city of Uruk. After years of cruelty, the people of Uruk prayed to the gods asking them to stop Gilgamesh. The gods sent them a wild man named Enkidu. Enkidu was just as skilled as Gilgamesh and Challenged him to a battle
- You think you can defeat me in battle?
- Enkidu becomes sick after the god's decide that one of the companions must die for killing Humbaba and the Bull of Heaven and for felling the tallest cedar tree. Gilgamesh is distraught and promises his friend that he will-erect an enormous statue of Enkidu, made of Gold. Enkidu suffers for 12 more days then dies.

- After Gilgamesh got the plant form the bottom of the ocean. he fell into a deep sleep. While he was sleeping for a snake crawled up and ate the plant! As he was waking up he saw the snake shed its skin and get reborn he learned something. After Learning his lesson he went back to Uruk as a better king, He never hurt another innocent person and he was finally with his death because he knew it happened to every thing that lived.
