- I was just asking about your new job that you just got 3 weeks ago, i wish you would talk to me and not make this scene
- The couple has attempted to go out for valentines day, and when the girl makes a routine question about her boyfriends job, he proceeds to make a scene because of his underlying insecurity about money. He becomes angry and violent towards his partner who was attempting to have a nice evening
- I cannot believe you want me to pay for this meal on Valentines Day!!! This is so unfair! You should be ashamed of yourself, Im angry and I am going to make a scene
- The boyfriend beats his girlfriend in the parking lot after their valentines date. "1 in 3 girls in the US is a victim of physical, emotional, or verbal abuse from a dating partner, a figure that far exceeds rates of other types of youth violence."

- I didn't want to have to do this again, but I will slap you again for your disobeyment
- Later that night, The girlfriend reads a PSA on her phone and decides that she is done taking the abuse from her relashionship and decides to get out of the abusive relashionship by jumping out their window while her boyfriend is in the bathroom
