  • Leonardo Da Vinci is best known for his realistic, and beautiful paintings. However, his best-known and most famous work being the Mona Lisa due to the natural realism and proof of his mastery in anatomy. Leonardo also had many plans and ideas for inventions, the majority of which are used today. For example, he invented the parachute, bicycle, the diving suit, etc.Even as an amazing polymath, he still had many issues that interfered with his work. He’s said to have had ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder), and due to this, he struggled in school also because of his tendency to doodle often. However, he also failed to get paintings and other works of his done, as he showed signs of struggling with time management, procrastination, and concentration. Some people argue he also has dyslexia since in some of his notebooks, his spelling is considered to be terrible, having misspelled many words.
  • Leonardo Da Vinci was considered by many, one of the most brilliant people alive due to his very diverse skill set and interests, which separated him from just being considered an artist. Leonardo Da Vinci was born April 15th, 1452 in Vinci, spending his early years with his father. Beyond reading, writing, and mathematics, he didn’t have much of a formal education. At the age of 14-15, his father sent him to be an apprentice for sculptor and painter, Andrea del Verrocchio of Florence.
  • He spent 6 years mastering skills such as leather arts, metalworking, drawing sculpting, and carpentry, becoming a member of the Guild of Saint Luke by the age of 20. Leonardo stayed with Verrocchio until he became a master in 1478. However was accused of sodomy at the age of 22 in Florence. He served for the Sforza Dynasty for some time in Milan as an engineer, painter, architect and sculptor.
