"Every lawyer gets at least one case in his lifetime that affects him personally. This one's mine, I guess."
Chapter 11
WOW!
This proves that Jem has courage because him knocking on the Radley House shows that "Jem will not back down from a dare even if he is scared."
Chapter 28
Atticus is very courageous and brave to be defending Tom when he's a black man, he knows that people will depise him for it. He was called very bad names like a n****r lover yet he was still determined to prove his innocence.
Tom Robinson
Atticus shooting the vicious dog shows how he cares about his family and how he was courageous enough to defeat the vicious dog. "I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand."
Boo Radley
Boo Radley showed courage by saving both Jem and Scout from being murdered by Bob Ewell. "Boo Radley saves Scout and Jem on that night, and killed Mr. Ewell to prevent any further attacks"
Tom Robison is like a mockingbird because he is an innocent man who was mistreated because of his skin color. He was misjudged and they slaughtered him when he was only trying to prove his innocence. "Shoot all the blue jays you want, if you can't hit 'em, but remember it's a sin to kill a mockingbird." Tom did no harm to anyone, he got shot just like an innocent mockingbird.
