- Eckels enters the office and is amazed. He then proceeds and meets the man behind the desk and his tour guides.
- TIME SAFARI, INC.SAFARIS TO ANY YEAR IN THE PAST.YOU NAME THE ANIMAL.WE TAKE YOU THERE.YOU SHOOT IT.
- Imagine if Deutscher won instead of Keith, that would have been a tragedy!
- Eckels and his guides enter the machine. Whilst inside of the time machine Travis gives some facts about the dinosaurs. The date quickly went back until they are 26,002,055 years into the past.
- Once they group arrives they exit the time machine and Travis then explains all of the rules. Although, Eckels doesn't see why they are important.
- Suddenly the Tyrannosaurus-Rex appears right on time. All Eckels is has the job of the first shot, but chickens out and runs right off the path.
- Travis is furious because Eckles ran the path, so he wants to leave him in the past. The others persuade him into letting him stay, then he is then given the job of retrieving the bullets from the T- Rex and comes back all bloody.
- Once the team returns something is different. Something is off. Then Eckles realizes the sign changed, so he asked the man behind the desk who won the election, the man responded Deutscher. Eckels then noticed some mud on his shoes and embedded within the mud was a Glistening green, gold, and black lifeless butterfly. Eckels then realized it was all his fault he had killed the butterfly, which won Deutscher the election, they were now doomed.. then there was a loud sound of thunder.
