- I believe this scene in the Odessey suits the theme fate because, by the time this has happen Odysseus had already messed up exposing his real name and where he lives. Making his life going back home harder than it already has been from all the other mistakes him and his men have made.
- GRRRR! Father Poseidon make Odysseus's way home harder than it already is!!! GRRRRR!!!

- I believe this scene in the Odessey supports the theme fate because, Odysseus and his men got help from the wind king. The men not knowing better opened the bag letting out all the wind, this couldn't be stopped and was a big event that happened to Odysseus and his men on their journey back home. Causing this to become their fate once again.
- If you stay here for a year. I will turn your men back into men and once they visit land of the dead and get a prophecy, you're free to go!
- I believe that this scene in the Odessey supports fate because, when Odysseus went to the witch to save his men. He and his men had to stay there for a year helplessly and when he begs her to let them go. They have to visit the land of the dead to receive a prophecy from the ghost of Tiresias before they are able to leave the island. This all lines up to being their fate.
