The Natve Ammericans thought of the land as a comunity reasoure and used it as they needed it. After they were done using it they would let the next person use it. The Europeans thought of land as something theey owned and after they bought they were the only ones who could use it.
Reservation Life Today For Native Americans

Durign the Columbian Exchange many diseases were brought over from the old world such as Small Pox, Measles, influenza, and more. The diseases killed tons of Native Americans because Their imune systems were not used to the knew diseases. Around 90% of the native American population died from disease brought from the old world.
Slaves living and Working on Plantations
The trail of tears was when the US government forces thousannds of Native Americans to leave their land and move to a reservation. The Native Americans were forced to walk around 5,000 miles to the reservations. it was called the trail of trars because of how many people died, around 6,000 died on the Trail of Tears.

Life on reservation today is fillled with poverty, drugs, and alcohol. Native Americans are stuck between changing to the knew ways of life and their old cultures. On the reservation today it's hard to find jobs and there's not many activites to do.

Slaves who lived on plantations worked a lot and that was pretty much their who life, they worked on feilds and crops for slave owners. The slaves lived on the plantations too in small houses in poor conditions. The slaves never recived money for theeir work and haad no freedom.

The Middle Passage was when European trade ships traved down to the West coast of Africa, kidnaped the Africans their and took them on ships to the Americas to become slaves. On the ships the enslaved people were treated like cattle and seperated by gender and age, they would then be forced between the ships decks and held down there. The slaves lived in very poor conditions and many deadly diseases spread. Once the ship arived to the Americas the slaves were divied and sold to slave owners.
