Time flies by so fast! Its already 3 hours of using my phone, time to sleep now.
Before sleep, Berke always gets distracted by his phone and this has led him to spend a long time using his phone, which causes his mind to feel very worked up, thus causing him some difficulties to fall asleep.
Urghh its so hard to fall asleep! My mind still feels so active, if only I did not get distracted and used my phone for 3 hours right before bed...
It is 3 a.m. midnight now and Berke has been scrolling through social media for about 2 hours. Berke is so distracted by his phone's content that he forgotten about sleeping early and getting enough hours of sleep.
If only I have a tool that is able to relax my mind and help me sleep better. Maybe something like soothing sounds or music.
After 3 hours of using his phone, Berke finally realizes its 4 a.m. already and decides to head to bed immediately. As Berke was so into his phone's content, he didn't even noticed how late it was.
After trying to fall asleep for about 1 hour, Berke still struggles to fall asleep as his mind feels very active and worked up. This is due to the long hours of phone usage directly before bed, which has caused his mind to feel very worked up.
At this moment, Berke really needs something that can help him relax his mind so that he can sleep soundly. Sleep and relaxation aids like soothing nature sounds, sleep stories, and white noise would be perfect for moments like this.
Berke also wishes he had a tool to track and monitor his sleeping hours so that he gets adequate amount of sleep. He also wishes that such sleep tracker will be able to analyse his sleep quality as well as his sleeping patterns so that he could reflect on his sleep once he wakes up.
It would also be great if my sleeping hours can be monitored and tracked so I can observe my sleep quality and sleep patterns...
