- Oliver and his friends suffered a slow starvation for three months.One of the boys said he will eat the boy that slept in the next bed.
- Mr.Bumble hit Oliver on the head with the spoon, and took him to the board
- I FEEL MY MUSCLES DETERIORATING
- They discussed the problem fora long time and finally decided that after supper that evening, one boy would go to the master and ask for more. They chose Oliver.
- When Mr.Mann heard what Oliver asked, he immediately told Mr.Bumble to put up a sign for 5 pounds and a boy
- I DONT HAVE THE ENRGY TO WORK
- OLIVER MUST ASK FOR MORE

- They took Oliver and locked him in a room. They hung a notice on the gate of the workhouse, offering five pounds to the person who gave Oliver work and took him away, Oliver was devastated.
- In the evening when Oliver finished his gruel, went to Mr.Bumble with his bowl and spoon in his hand.
- Please sir, I want some more
