Happy new yeat to you too Tara!Graphnet supports all the most commonly used files like JPG, JPEG, TIFF, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, BMP, PNG, PS,GIF, HTM, HTML, LOG, TXT, including PDF. What error message are you seeing?

Hmmm...This can happen if the file that you are tryng to attach is damaged or not a True PFD and couldn't be converted. Can you create a new PDF and upload again?
Ok hold on………Yes, I did it! The SAE report is uploaded now and ‘sent’. Please check if you received it. It is a critical document. I need to ensure if it is delivered.
You must have received a transmission confirmation email from opal_admin@graphnet.com.If not in the inbox, then it might have gone into your ‘junk ’emails.
