- Will thee be wed me to my mistress?
- No!
- Lord Capulet, Romeo has requested to wed thine daughter without thine consent.
- Tell Romeo that a' will ne'er see my daughter again!
- Thou will be marrying Paris tomorrow and thou can't do anything to diminish it!
- No! Please my lord I'm begging thee!
- Here, Romeo is asking Friar if he would be willing to marry Romeo and Juliet but Friar refuses to do so and seems a bit annoyed by his request because of the hesitation on Friar's part.
- I do.
- Do thee take each other as husband and wife?
- I do.
- In this scene, Friar is making Lord Capulet aware of the fact that Romeo wants to marry Juliet without Lord Capulet's consent or knowledge. Lord Capulet gets very angry and decides that Juliet will never see Romeo again because of this marriage that they had claimed to want/do.
- Do thy love me Juliet?
- Ay.
- In this scene, Lord Capulet is demanding Juliet to marry Paris whether she likes it or not. Juliet is resisting but unfortunately she cannot anymore and she will have to marry Paris later tomorrow.
- In this scene, Paris and Juliet are getting married. As you can see by Juliet's face, she is very unhappy and doesn't wanted to be with Paris but with her love Romeo. But Paris seems clueless to this and he loves Juliet very much. But Juliet has no choice but to cooperate.
- In this scene, Paris asks Juliet if she loves him and she responds with yes but she doesn't mean it. She wants to be with Romeo but she can't be with him anymore. She is stuck with Paris for the rest of her life and she needs to learn how to cope with it.
- In this scene, Romeo sees that Paris and Juliet are together but he has no idea that Juliet was forced to marry Paris. So Romeo is completely heartbroken. Little does he know that Juliet doesn't love Paris but she loves him and him only. After seeing them together, he couldn't bear to see it anymore and he ran away crying. Romeo and Juliet did not end up together and they never will. Juliet was never given the chance in telling Romeo the truth and Paris and Juliet stayed together till they were old in age.
