Scrooge's nephew Fred comes to ask Scrooge to dinner. Scroogee quickly declines. Then a kind gentleman comes to ask for money to give to the poor. This time Scrooge declines rudely. As well as saying very rude things that will come back to bite him.

Scrooge comes home as he usually would but gets a surprise at the doorway. Marley his old business partner who passed away 7 years to that day is a ghost with a message. He informs Scrooge that he will be visited by 3 spirits. The ghost of Christmas past, future, and present

As Marley said the first spirit arrived. He led Scrooge back to his time at boarding school. As well as when his parents didn't take him home for Christmas. Then he was shown his old boss Fezziwig and how well he was treated. Finally, he showed him his sweetheart who he lost because of his greed for money.

The 2nd spirit leads Scrooge to the house of his coworker Bob Cratchit. He shows how little Cratchit has to eat. Then Tiny Tim walks in and Scrooge can't believe his eyes. He was mistreating a man who had a family and a sick child. Scrooge feels extremely bad about how he treated Cratchit.

The final spirit shows how no one cared when Scrooge died. He also shows Scrooge how he wasn't missed and people were just taking his stuff and didn't feel bad. Then if it couldn't get any worse he shows Tiny Tim passing away. Scrooge feels very bad and realizes all the wrong he did.

Scrooge wakes up and realizes he didn't miss Christmas. So he runs out and buys a turkey for Cratchit and his family. On his way, he runs into the same gentleman asking for money to the poor. This time he gives him a ton of money to give to the poor. He wanted to do anything he could to make up for his wrongdoing.
