All seemed well to the King and Queen, but they were not aware of the sadness and boredom their daughter faced. She really did appreciate the opportunities they had, but as they say, money can't buy happiness. She longed for peace and a space where she could be free.
As Adele wandered the castle, dreaming of the day when she would be free, she came upon a cloaked figure. The witchy lady offered her a suspicious paw that she could wish upon for her gold crown. Adele didn't even hesitate, whether the wishes came true or not, she had hope and a chance.
Adele's wish came true. She was brought to a peaceful cottage in the woods. She didn't even think about her parents, she was free and that was all she could think of.
Within a matter of a couple of hour after what was supposed to be Adele's private lessons, her parents and the guards noticed she was gone and were immediately scared. The guards brought the witch, asking what had happened. She confessed right away, bargaining for her freedom, she gave them the paw for another wish.
They had wished to be brought to their daughter, and their wish was granted. They spoke with Adele, pleading with her to come home. Fact of the matter is, she was only and few minutes walk from the castle and would still be guarded by the royal guard, for she was still in royal perimeters.
After the conversation and amended rules, they allowed Adele to stay where she could be happy and free. Adele was elated to be able to learn in nature and be with the Earth and animals. She fixed the cottage up, and they all lived happily ever after.
