- Gatsby and nick go over to Daisy and Toms for lunch and after a very irritable and uncomfortable lunch together, they spontaneously decide to pass time by going into town.

- She knew him before we got married God Knows where!
- If your so mad why would you invite him to lunch?
- Tom, Jordan, and Nick head into town in Gatsbys Car while Daisy and Bastby go off together in Toms Yellow Car.

- Daisy loved me when she married me and she loves me now!
- The Group Arrives in the city and gets a room at Plaza Hotel where they dispute Daisys love interest and who she should end up with.

- No… I just remembered today is my birthday.

- After Gatsby and Tom fight, Daisy freaks out and goes back to East Egg with Gatsby while Jordan, Nick, and Tom stay behind for a minute.

- On the way back to East Egg, Daisy drives Gatsbys car through the Valley of Ashes and hits Myrtle Wilson as she runs out into the street and does not stop to check the crime.

- As everyone arrives home, Gatsby hides out in the Buchanan garden to make sure Daisy is safe. After the many chaotic incidents that have taken place throughout the afternoon.
