- Scrooge scolds the gentleman visitor. The gentleman did nothing but ask if Scrooge wanted to donate to the poor. Scrooge then yells at the visitor to leave.
- Scene 4
- The ghost named Marley visits Scrooge. Marley explains to Scrooge who he once was and why he was in chains. The ghost informs Scrooge that he will be visited by 3 spirits soon.
- Scene 5
- The ghost of Christmas past is first. The ghost of Christmas past shows scrooge his past. Scrooge remembers his past clearly and tells the ghost things about it.
- Scene 6
- Merry Christmas!
- The ghost of Christmas present is next. The ghost of Christmas present shows Scrooge how his workers acted without him knowing. The ghost showed how his workers truly felt about Scrooge.
- STOP!
- The ghost of Christmas future is last. The ghost of Christmas future shows Scrooge that Tiny Tim has died. After Scrooge began to sympathize the ghost reiterates Scrooge's cruel words.

- Scrooge goes to the Cratchits' bringing a prize turkey and celebrates Christmas with the Cratchit family and all the children.
