- the bus is near. I am finally going to meet new friends
- Lily Khan is a young lovely girl. She is gentleand full of energy.She loves to play, run ,explore and meet new friends , shesees everyone the same . She newly moved to a new country with her family.
- Everyone! This is Lily. She is from a far country full of colors. She is going to be joining our class. Please welcome her

- She was nervous about her big day: 1st day at school.She had a sandwich for breakfast. She was standing outside waiting for the busA big shiny yellow bus arrives. She screams with excitement.Lily was more than excited to start her first day at school.
- it was good. But mom, dad I don’t look like the other kids. Why ?
- She arrives to the school. When walking to her call she felt everyone was looking at her.
- I don’t want to go to school anymore because everyone avoid me when I come close to them, and they always talk about me. It hurts me mom they are mean people
- you are not different. You are unique. From the outside we might look different but what matters is the inside. You should not care about what they are saying

- She arrived to the classroom. The teacher introduces her as a new student to the rest of the class.The comment made other kids laugh. Lily got upset and sad. The teacher said : “ I can't see the difference.” This Boy who made the comments was Aiden. He was known to be mean to his friends.
- On the dining table, the family gathered for dinner. Lily’s parents asked her about her 1st day in her new school.
- 2 weeks later Lily came back from school , helping her mom in cooking.
