This response uses Ethos because it is using the "books" and experience/years of hunting to create or respond to the authority.
No matter all the books in the world you have read and no matter how long you have been hunting. Hunting and killing your own kind is cruel and disgusting.
Pathos
This response uses Pathos because it gets in touch with the listeners emotions by including a loved one or family member.
In the war, I fought and killed to protect my country, you are simply doing this for your entertainment. Imagine someone killing you or one of your loved one's for their happiness and enjoyment.
Logos
This response uses Logos because of the phrase "we are too civilized." Explaining that this situation is not logical.
You could give all the weapons and resources to survive out in that dangerous jungle of yours, but hunting them down like rabid monsters is still gross. The sport of hunting as we know, is for killing animals and not our own species. We are too civilized for this non-sense.
