- I am Jesse, David's Dad.
- I am David and I am a shepherd. This is my family. The people behind me are my brothers and sisters.
- I am Nitzevet, David's Mother.
- Hello David, I am Samuel and Yahweh has chosen you to become King of Israel.
- Hi Samuel, thank you for letting me know.
- Go David!
- Fight!
- Please don't kill me!
- I need to to show the Lord's greatness.

- David is a shepherd with his his 7 brothers, two sisters and his parents Nitzevet and Jesse.
- I am finally King of Israel!
- David meets the prophet Samuel and he tells David that Yahweh had chosen him to become King of Israel.

- The Philistines sent their toughest warrior against the Israelites toughest warrior to settle an argument and David wanted to show God's greatness. David slingshotted a stone at Goliath's head and Goliath fell to the ground. David then killed him and cut off his head. He got rewarded with great wealth for killing him.
- I will kill you!
- I will defeat you and I will take over Jerusalem.
- David became King of Israel. He became King in 1010 BCE and he was 30 years old.
- David became King and the Israelite people are congratulating him and celebrating with him. The Israelite people are joyful and they are very happy that David became King.
- King David's first action as King is that he had a war with the Philistines and he then took over Jerusalem.
