- At his desk, Samuel opening the application Alliance to check his Health & Safety Risks Action Plan Portfolio. An additional Action Plan has just arrived. The current huge portfolio of actions is growing again. It worries him. How critical is this new one? Should this change again his priorities? How can he compare with the other actions running?!
- Let's test this risk assessment matrix for the new item of the day... !

- A bit later in the day, Carole entering the office to show Samuel a brand new solution that she has designed for him on Alliance.
- Look, same risk score as other action plans!

- Carole explaining that the group has already developed a risk evaluation matrix. It takes into account the severity of the risk, the occurence and the detection levels. It gives a score to each risk.The first thing that she has done is to integrate it in Alliance for an AUTOMATED & DYNAMIC scoring of the risks reported on line.
- Do you know that the group already has a risk evaluation matrix ?! First, let's just integrate it in Alliance ! Look...
- I took this into account Samuel, look!

- Samuel checking how the risk evaluation matrix is working dynamically in Alliance. Samuel opening the new item of the day that worried him so much earlier this morning...
- If both risks have for instance the highest severity, no problem. This system checks if it is a legal requirement and if it is in your budget ! You see?

- Samuel realizing that he can have several action plans showing the same risk score. Argh! Is the dynamic prioritization tool just a dream?! He raises the concern to Carole.

- How do you prioritize when action plans have same risk score?!
- Carole anticipated this need from Samuel. She explaining that she has developed a matrix of prioritization for the risk related action plans.
- I developped a prioritization matrix for you!
- Carole showing some criteria of automated prioritization to Samuel. If the project is related to a Legal requirement, it is prioritized ! If the project is in the budget, it is prioritized. Samuel is very pleased!
- Oh great!
- Having a little break, Carole announces another good news to Samuel. Reminding Samuel that he expressed problems with desktop needs while being on the field, she proposes to go outside.
- Haven't you told me that on the field you can't use you laptop?...
