in 1765 the british parlimentary provision made colonies provide the British parliament housing and food. The colonists were not happy about this. So they started to argue and fight about it. The fight later turned into a battle which led the americans to rethink what is happening to them.

The Townsled Acts were a series of acts against the British to hopefully drive them away. The british only got more angry with the colonists and decided to punish them. the British didn't want to lose the colonies though, so instead of backing away likr they should have, they stuck around longer.

The British wanted to tae over the tea industry in the colonies. So, they decided to start making the colonists buy from their own struggleing company. The colonists were not happy about this at all.
