  • Amendment 1
  • The new law that you guys made is terrible and you should of not approved it
  • You can't say that about our laws that's mean I'm going to call the police and you are going to go to jail.
  • Amendment 2
  • You can't have a gun that's illegal I'm going to call the cops!
  • Actually I can have a gun because according to the 2nd amendment people have the right to bear arms.
  • Amendment 3
  • I am going to be quartered in your house because of the war.
  • No you are not because in the 3rd amendment it specifically states troops will never be quartered in your home.
  • The first amendment says that people have freedom of speech, religion, and freedom of speech for the press. People also can petition there grievances to the government.
  • Amendment 4
  • Get on the floor were searching your house because we want to!
  • You can't search my house because the fourth amendment says you will not be searched unless there is a good reason and you guys have no reason to search my house.
  • Actually she can say whatever she wants because the first Amendment states that there is freedom of speech.
  • A well regulated militia is necessary to protect a free state and people have the right to bear arms.

  • Tell me that you committed the crime or else I will shoot you!
  • You can't do that because the 5th amendment says you do not have to give up evidence against yourself.
  • No soldier in any time even in war will be quartered in peoples homes.
  • Amendment 6
  • You are going to have a long and slow trial.
  • Actually according to the 6th amendment I'm guaranteed a speedy and fair trial.
  • People have the right to be secure in their homes and they have the right to not be searched, inless they are being searched upon probable cause.
  • You are not forced to give evidence against yourself and you can not be tried for the same crime twice.
  • Bill of rights guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury, an attorney if the accused person wants one, and the chance to confront the witnesses who is accusing the defendant of a crime, meaning he or she can see who is making accusations
