(12) I joined because I wanted to get help for my financial aid, like applying to FASFA and all that.

(10) So right now I’m on probation because I’m not doing well in a class, and since I’m on probation I have to go to tutoring for that class and I have to keep going until my grade goes up, its in these moments I wish I didn’t join AVID

(19) Although AVID has been tough over these years, it's a tool that helped me understand the process of applying to colleges, scholarships, FASFA, and it helped me in getting out of my comfort zone. I've met friends in this program and overall joining AVID was worth it
(17) In AVID, we are supposed to do team building exercises, i'm guessing we do it to build trust, our social skills, our ability to work with others, I'm not too sure.
