- When we got home we my sister, my brother and I all went into my room to make a plane on how we were going convince my dad to let us keep on of the cats.
- YES! I'll make a list of reasons why we should get it.
- I'll help with the list and I'll start cleaning up the room for the cat.
- Ok we have to let him know that we really want to get a cat. So we have to make a list of what we will need, and how we're going to get them and show him that we are responsible enough to take care of one.
- The next day my dad came home from his business trip. My siblings and I went straight to the door.
- Good!
- Hi dad, how was your trip?
- Hi it was alright how are you guys?

- Yeah, and we will also be in charge of feeding, the liter box, and anything the cat will need.
- When my dad got settled in, we went into his room to talk to him about getting the cat from veronica, and giving our reasons why.
- Yes, so heres a list that we made to give you reasons why we should take one of the tree cats. We are all responsible and would take really goof care of the cat.
- Like your dad said i'm not sure, we'll have to think about it.
- In the beginning he didn't agree to it, but my mom convinced him to have us try for a week.
- So as you know Veronica has tree cats that she doesn't want.
- We've talked about this before... The house is too small for a cat, and you guys will be too busy with school and work to look after it.
- After that I went to my room and stated thinking about what my mom said, She said she will think about it but that always mean no. The only time me and my siblings agree on something and they say no to it.
- WHYYYY
- Hey, the kids seem to really want a cat. Let's get one for a little while and see how they do if they take care of it and everything goes well then we can keep it but if they don't do what they said they were going to then we can take it to veronica.
- But I guess we can try it but only for one week
- After that mom and dad talked it out, and came to an agreement of letting us take one cat home only for a week to see how it goes. And if we take good care of it, and the cat likes it here then we might keep it.
- Its not that I don't want them to get it but I don't know if they'll actually do what they said they'll do
- Guys... Your dad and I talked things out regarding the cat and.... We decided that we can bring it home but only for a week to see how you guys do and if the cat likes it here.
