- Hello, I'm Diego and I will be your guide today. I present to you El Castillo San Felipe de Barajas is a fortification located in the city of Cartagena de Indias in Colombia. Its real name is Fort San Felipe de Barajas. It is located on a hill called San Lázaro and was built in 1536, and expanded in 1639 and 1657 during the Spanish viceregal era.
