- The advertisement starts off with a gloomy scene and a person shown living under a bridge. They look lost and in need of support. The narrator says Homelessness is a battle we have to fight in Harrisonburg

- The rain ends and the narrator says this is my story of how the Mercy House changed my path in life
- Resolution
- Person walks along street and notices a Mercy House advertisement. He looks determined and decides to start walking there. Narrator I had been homeless and jobless for [certain time period]. One day, I noticed an advertisement for the Mercy House and decided it couldn't hurt to check out.
- End Scene + Call to Action
- I stepped into the Mercy House, and little did I know my life would change for the better. (scene ends with them closing the door behind them)
- I was able to get a job and get a stable income while the Mercy House was able to provide me a home, clothing, and other necessary materials
