Later at home Alex decides to text Ricky and ask him a question before going to bed.
Oh um hey Alex, It's all good, I didn't mean to scare you off but sure we can go grab something to eat.
Hey Ricky.. about earlier, I didn't mean to run away like that. I was actually wondering if you wanted to go out with me after school tomorrow?
Although Ricky was happy to finally be with Alex and was relieved that he didn't have to hide it anymore. Alex had some thoughts and had to rethink about this decision because there was one problem.

The one issue is that his parents didn't believe in boys dating boys or girls dating girls because his parents also grew up being told that boys and girls will date and get married and not the idea of same sex dating/marriage.
what do I do? I really like him but I can't go against my parents...
