- In the middle ages there were three types of architecture. One was Gothic, that form of architecture were ceilings churches that took the churches that came before and added beautiful stained glass, gargoyles, arched ceilings, and many more details that made this type beautiful. Another type was the Renaissance `which were beautiful Villas built very strong, it was revolutionary that a building could be that strong. The last type is baroque which was shapes arranged beautifuly making this by far the most beautiful out of all thee types. If you don't believe me this type has both the Palace of Versailles and the building of St. Peters.

- Modern day architecture is a little bit of all earlier architecture put together. We have the Bay Sanders resort in Singapore that is shaped exactly like stonehendge, we have the thought that we can use whatever material we want to build buildings which we got from the Greeks and Romans, a lot of sports stadiums are domes which were revolutionized by the byzantines, and the beautifulness from the buildings in the middle ages and that right there is colective learning.

- The modern type of houses and smaller architecture allows the builders let the creativity go. They can do whatever they want making the current buildings look weird and beautiful. Because the past civilizations have given us very solid building blocks we can create buildings that are really cool. Now, you should go home and quiz your family and see if they know how our architecture is today.
