  • Cardiovascular fitness can have your body bring blood and oxgen to your muscles. If you start breathing heavy you are using cardio system.
  • You should do cardio 150 minutes a week. Which means 30 minutes a day for 5 days of the week.
  • Maxium heart rate is number of beats your heart can do per minuteTarget hear rate is the ranges of beat per minute for aerobic fitness
  • Low intensity is good for fat lost. 40% - 60% maxium target hear rate. Last over 40 minutes. Medium good for fat loss and aerobic activity. Using 70% of maxium hear rate. Bretahing would be heavy. 20 - 40 minutesHigh intensity is 5 - 20 minutes. You will be using 80 - 85% of maxium heartrate
  • Aerobic Interval Training have many varaition of exercise. Moderate high to low intensty.Anaerobic Interval Training has interveral high and low intensty. 85 - 100% of maxium heartrate.Circuit Training is exercise that work the whole body.   • Static streching is also used for tight muscules but reduce tenstion. Each muscle is stretched for about 30 secounds so it can lengthen
  • Flexibility is moving a joint through full range motion, and very important
  • SMR is use when having a tight muscules that you have to relase. When doing SMR presser should be 30 secounds each at the tender spots.
  • Dynamic stretching is used by athletes. It a repeated motion to a certin group of muscles
  • Blood pressure is a measurement of the amount of pressure on the arteries
  • RHR mean tghe number of times your heart beat per minute when your body is resting.
  • Circumference measurements are measure by the waist, hips, chest, thigh, and upper arm.
  • Body Mass Index is a measure of whether you are at a preferred weight for your heightif your bmi less then 25 you at a good weight.
