- Pan's Labyrinth Movie
- They don't exist
- I saw a fairy bug
- They make it to the Captain house but a bit upset with their tardiness but greets his wife warmly. Ofelia goes to shake his hand but he firmly grasps it instead, telling her it's the other hand she's supposed to offer.
- The fairy bug followed them to the captain's house where she sees the fairy bug thing she tries to catch it but it flies off and into an old labyrinth. Ofelia tells Mercedes who appears to be a housekeeper of sorts, comes and tells Ofelia about the labyrinth.
- Ofelia wakes up with the insect in her room. When she shows it a picture of a fairy, it changes into what basically looks like a fairy .It leads her into the labyrinth and she goes down some stairs that look a lot like the stairs the princess went up in the opening story .Inside, she meets a creepy-looking faun who tells her she's the princess of legend. The stone in the center of the labyrinth is a portal to the underworld that she must use to return to her true parents.
- Ofelia takes off her dress and crawls into the heart of an old, giant fig tree. The book tells her that a toad lives in the tree and keeps it from thriving. She must place three stones from the small bag in its mouth and take the golden key from its belly. The tree is really muddy and filled with bugs. It's also a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Ofelia keeps crawling in the mud until she findsthe enormous toad. He isn't a very nice toad either. He grabs her face with his giant tongue and gives her a nice big burp, trying to scare her.But Ofelia doesn't back down. She tricks him into eating a bug (which has the stones cunningly. The toad gulfs them down and then vomits out a mass of bugs and stomach fluid—yeah, it's nasty—before deflating in a pile of toad skin.
- It turns out the final test was for Ofelia to spill her own blood instead of the blood of an innocent, so she passed with flying colors. pan is there too, and so are all three fairies. Pan bows to her as her parents offer her a seat in her very own throne. The crowd in the stands around them breaks into applause, and Ofelia smiles. Then we're back in our world with Ofelia dying, but smiling, on the labyrinth floor.
