- It seems like your fridge has been going through some electrical damage. Unfortunately, our exchange policy will not apply to this. The reason behind this is because there is a modification to this refrigerator, which is not covered by Whirlpool policy. I am deeply sorry for this inconvenience!
- What!! I can't believe that! I just bought the fridge a few days ago! I even have a standard warranty, so if the exchange policy doesn't cover it, the warranty should! I'm going to the store immediately and demanding an exchange as my warranty should cover this!
