- I thought me coming back i woud feel him here but hes not here
- The interns trying to catch up to Meredith and Addison to figure out if anythig happened to them inside the elevators.
- Meredith and Addison laughs at the interns cause they know they think and they think its funny to them.
- Addison is sad cause she realize that Derek is rally dead and she thought her coming back will make her feel better and Meredith makes her feel better by telling her good things.
