I am in group 2 on the periodic table, where we are known as the Alkaline Earth Metals. If you want me to melt, I have to get up to 842 Celsius and to boil I have to get to 1484 Celsius

- STORY TIME!!! Today I will tell a story about what the world would be like without me.The day calcium vanished, the world seemed to sag all at once. Buildings cracked, bones weakened, shells and stones crumbled into dust. Muscles failed to move, hearts struggled to beat, and the planet felt like it was quietly falling apart. No explosions, no warning. just a slow, eerie collapse as everything that depended on calcium lost its strength.
