- You people are corrupted! I am going to expose you! Your campaign contributors being rewarded by your certain members, you corrupt practices, the public will love to hear about this
- You better not! We are the Senate, no one will believe you.
- The Senate is so clumsy nowadays, I have bribed them for almost anything.
- David Graham Phillips was a muckraker back in the Industrial Era. Graham aimed to expose the Senate because of their corruption and he and the Senate fought back and forth about this problem.

- Graham wanted the people to understand that the Senate was filled with wrongs, and by writing an article which he called, "The Treason of The Senate", exposing the Senate and their corruption
- This will show them!
- Graham did not have an easy time doing this, he faced opposition, limited public support for progressive reform, and he faced personal challenges as a journalist.

- Wow, I cannot believe that Senate would do these things, I am glad we have learned this knowledge, we should spread his article nationwide and we should unite to fix the Senate.
- We can not keep letting the Senate get away with these corrupted actions!
