- Yey! its finally my birthday. To bad my parent have to work all day. Wait i have an idea I will spend it with my friends. Its gonna be so fun!
- Now how am I going to celebrate? I know! Ill go buy cupcakes at the bakery down the street for everyone.
- On the way to the bakery
- I have $10 hopefully that would be enough for the cupcakes for all of my 8 friends and one for me.
- Hai, I would like to know the price for a cupcake
- At the bakery
- I don't really need a cupcake for myself. I will be happy if all my friends have one .
- So if one Cupcake is $1.25. how much would 9 cupcakes cost?
- Lets see. $1.25 nine times so $1.25 x 9 would be $11.25I don't have that amount of money.
- Sure, The price for a cup cake is 1.25 each
- $1.25 x 8 = $ 10 exact ill buy them. 8 cupcakes please!
