- The rich are moving in!
- Greenbelt
- I'm so glad this nice area wasn't just turned into an urban settlement.
- Edge City
- I should move closer to the edge of the city
- I had to drive all the way to edge of the city just to get to work!
- Gentrification is the process of a poor urban area being changed by wealthier people moving in. This image shows gentrification because it shows people reacting to wealthier people moving in and kicking them out.
- Central Business District
- A Greenbelt is a section in a city that hasn't been industrialized and is still "wild." It is usually in the shape in a rectangle. It acts as a way to limit urban areas. The image above shows a greenbelt by having people who live in a city enjoy the wild outdoors.
- Suburb
- I like that the city is 5 minutes away
- An Edge City is an area where businesses are on the outer edge of the city. This image shows people who have to travel far to get to work.
- Rural
- Farming our own food is a fun activity.
- A central business district is an area where retail and other businesses are clustered. The image above shows a woman reacting to see all the main businesses close together.
- All those big company towers are all clustered in one area!
- An residential area outside of a large city. This image shows people living in a suburb, just outside the city.
- Rural is the "country" side of the town. The image above shows a couple living on a farm out in the country. They grow their own food and there aren't many people around.
- We don't even have neighbors!
