Storyboard Text

  • In this scene it shows the exposition. This is when Ms. Kinian is telling Charlie about the surgery and telling him that he should do it. This shows where everything started
  • In this scene it shows the rising action because this is when Burt showed Charlie the ink pictures, telling Charlie to tell him what he sees in the pictures. Also, when Charlie does the Maze against Algernon
  • In this scene it shows one of my favorite parts. I think this is my favorite part because when he was writing about it, he was nervous but he was happy because he was telling himself that he was going to finally be smart. He was so excited. He would be able to read and write correctly.
  • In this scene it shows the climax because Charlie was able to read the book with almost no problems. Charlie was happy especially on how he was writing in his journal. He was writing with big words.
  • In this scene it shows the falling action because this is where Charlie was making his coworkers feel stupid, because yes he became smart be he didn't just get the smartness of a regular person. He got the smartness of a genius. He was making his coworkers feel dumb because Charlie thought that they were smarter but "they weren't" Everyone got upset and he lost his job.
  • In this scene it shows the resolution when Charlie decides to move to New York. He wants to get away from everyone. Go some place where no one knows how he was. When he was a genius. He doesn't want anyone being sorry for him. He ends up taking a few of his favorite books that he liked reading when he was able to read them. Even though he wasn't going to be able to read them he still wants to try so he doesn't forget everything he learned.
