- hello dear people today I am gonna talk about the cold war and other little wars that happen during that time.The one thing that happen was the Marshall plan.The Marshall plan was an American Imitative was a 1948 foreign aid to western Europe.The Truman doctrine was he principle that the US should give support to countries or peoples threatened by Soviet forces or Communist insurrection. First expressed in 1947 by US President Truman in a speech to Congress seeking aid for Greece and Turkey, the doctrine was seen by the Communists as an open declaration of the Cold War.
- Another war between the cold war was The Cuba missile crisis.The Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962 was a direct and dangerous confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War and was the moment when the two superpowers came closest to nuclear conflict.The Korean war was sparked by the June 25, 1950 invasion of South Korea by 75,000 members of the North Korean People's Army.
- During the 1950s, a sense of uniformity pervaded American society. Conformity was common, as young and old alike followed group norms rather than striking out on their own. This was called the 1950s culture.the hippies in that time were very happy and many people during the korean war were trying to oppose the war.
