- José Luis just checked traffic before leaving his apartment, leaving him with a 15-minute window to place an order for picking up a coffee and breakfast from Caffenio.

- He gets into his car, starts it and makes sure he has enough gas to get to work. He grabs his phone and starts placing an online order after making sure everything is alright.

- José Luis customizes his Latte, adds it to the order because he's also thinking of ordering something for breakfast.
