Charlie is a man with an extremely low IQ who works at a bread factory. He constantly gets made fun of for being gullible and dumb.
Rising Action
HE"S SMART????!!!!
The philosopher once said...
Charlie got invited to be a part of an experiment that could potentially make him smart. 
Climax
As part of the experiment, Charlie gets a surgery done on his brain that potentially could make him smart. After his procedure, he met a mouse named Algernon who underwent the same procedure as Charlie.
Resolution
Charlie returned to the factory much smarter than he was before and surprised his coworkers. The coworkers didn't know if they liked the smart Charlie as much though because he wasn't as nice and fun.
Charlie finds out from a Russian study that he will not be a genius for much longer and that the people conducting the experiments lied to him. At the same time, Algernon starts reverting back to his whole dumb self. Soon after, Algernon dies.
Unfortunately,  after some research, I have concluded that I won't be smart for much longer. 
While copping with Algernon dying and him going back to his old dumb self, Charlie decides to visit his Mom who he hasn't seen in years. She informs him that the reason she didn't love him wasn't that he was dumb, but instead because he was always getting in trouble.
