  • Hello, Good morning Maam. Are you the nurse for today's shift? Is my OB-GYN available today? My stomach really hurts.
  • Hi Maam. Yes, I am on my morning shift and I will be assisting you for the next days. Dr. dela Cruz informed me to do internal examination first.
  • Good morning Ms. sarah. you're still at 5cm dilated and your doctor prescribed Pitocin to induce you. Is this your first childbirth experience?

  • Original Encounter: Sarah's is having mild contractions and her Ob-Gyne advised her to get admitted at the local hospital where she met Jenny, the labor delivery nurse.

  • She informed me that she'll come in after with her clinic consultations. I will get the birth balls to help you exercise and open the cervix. You're alread 8cm dilated and the exercise will help you.
  • That was the longest 20 minutes of my life. I wouldn't know what to do If not for you and Dr. Jean. You were so determined to motivate me to push harder.
